What is your shipping window?

I'll ship your order to you within 3-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Pre-orders are made just for you (!!) and will take 2-4 weeks to ship.

Do you issue refunds?

I don't issue refunds unless it's my mistake or if you place a custom order and opt to not follow through with the commission after we chat. Please respect that this is a small business and I will do my best to be accommodating to all circumstances. Life is crazy and the world is insane.

Do you accept returns?

Right now I don't accept returns for the same reason I don't issue refunds. I will definitely make exceptions for extenuating circumstances and special cases.

Can I purchase a design I saw on your Instagram but isn't on your website?

Of course! I will custom remake an item for you that is posted on Instagram within a reasonable timeframe and can also adjust colors based on request. I'm often ordering new colors and the stock changes regularly, but please reach out and ask to confirm. I would be happy to help you!

How do I care for my beaded earrings?

I wear my earrings all the time and they are quite durable under normal circumstances! I also am of the mindset that beautiful things are meant to be worn and to wear. But make them last longer using the following suggestions:

✺ Store your earrings hanging or laying flat so they maintain their shape.
✺ Try not to get your earrings wet! The thread will shrink when it dries and can change the shape of your earrings.
✺ Avoid twisting the bead fringe :)
✺ Keep your earrings out of extreme temperatures
✺ To maintain the color of your earrings, keep them out of consistent, direct exposed sunlight

Can I learn how to bead?

Of course!! Learning how to bead and create beautiful things should be a pleasure shared by all. You can download a free download from me with tips and ideas to get started. I also offer DIY kits with my favorite materials which are available intermittently.
